Great care taken over suitable delivery date and then everything happened as agreed. Can't ask for more.
Determined to avoid the ghastly Turkey, I plumped for veal and Rose Veal was even better. The ordering process was really easy, the delivery all happened efficiently and the meat on arrival was just the right amount. The flavour and quality of the meat were superb. All in all with a Morel mushroom cream sauce and Pommes Sarlardaise, a feast suitable for any occasion!
It was good to have a real duck and not a factory produced one, but still a bit expensive.
The birds had defrosted when they arrived but were still perfectly ok for xmas day some 2 days later.

We have belly of pork for Norwegian Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. This was the tastiest meat ever with lovely fat that made excellent crackling. It was delivered in good time in excellent packaging. We'll be back for more.
