I ordered the Rib of Beef for Christmas in October for delivery on the 20th December. The beef arrived (well packaged) on the arranged date. I certainly was not disappointed with the quality. Our Christmas day meal was tender and tasty!

Great flavour. When teamed with the streaky bacon it makes magnificent sarnies. In my opinion too much water leaked the frying pan (hence 4 stars) but I removed the excess water and the result was delicious.
