A good old-fashioned product which is full of flavour.
Second time we have had old spot gammon - this time used a Hairy Bikers Christmas recipe, boiled first then popped in the oven briefly.
We served it cold having cooked it with a rub of sugar and mustard.

Good flavour but milder than the Scottish Angus I usually buy. I also prefer it cut into paves.

It's good to be able to buy milk as nature intended it to be. Tastes great, freezes well, excellent in coffee etc.
It taste so much better than what you buy at the supermarket. The quality and flavour is so much better you may pay more but its worth the extra money you pay for it
