We had this leg of goat as a special family meal. It was loved by everyone and plenty to feed 4 adults and 2 children with leftovers too. We had it studded with garlic, rosemary, and lemon. Perfect.
The right amount of fat for perfect crispness and great between two slices of sourdough on a Sunday morning. Our son asks us to cook the whole pack as he always want some in the fridge to snack on.
Great for easy weekday meals, just the right amount of fat, and makes a perfect Cottage Pie. A staple in our household.
Milk the way it should be - fresh from the cow and not tampered with. Both myself and my son cannot drink pasteurised milk without ill effect, but we thrive on Kimber's raw milk. Great for making kefir with too, ours is always lovely and thick when we use it.
Beef heart is such an underrated cut of meat. Not too strong tasting and great minced up or sliced thinly and slow cooked. My favourite way to serve it is as a Beef Stifado. The red wine tenderises the beef heart beautifully. A really economical way to eat good quality beef.
I have a family of offal haters, yet I get liver in to them most weeks in meatballs or bolognese. Using 400g of beef mince, 200g beef heart minced, and 100g of beef liver, and no one notices the taste. So nutritious and for me (who loves liver) just soaked in a little milk then fried up with onions it is perfect.
Perfect for Autumn and Winter slow cooked meals and really good value for money. The brisket is delicious with a simple onion gravy and the oxtail makes for a wonderful warming soup.

We come back to shop online with Kimbers most months. With a great range of meat and dairy - including some of the freshest raw milk we've had - and customer service that is second to none, I'd highly recommend Kimbers to anyone.
Fantastic plump chickens that make for a perfect Sunday Roast. Plenty of meat for more than one meal and the bones make a wonderfully tasty stock too.
Product leaked but still good service
Good easy to use site,offering many ,many healthy & tasty products.I buy the unpasteurised milk.It is like nectar from heaven.Excellent customer service & speedy delivery.My milk arrives fresh & chilled.Difficult not to drink a whole litre in one go.
