The ham hocks were exactly what I wanted and of high quality. I was particularly impressed with the service - an additional ham hock had been included because they were a little smaller than advertised; a small amount of change was included in the package (which I did not expect) and the delivery was made promptly as promised. Brilliant mutton, much fresher and tastier than two other suppliers I've used. Well packaged without surplus polystyrene or waste. 1 kg fed 4 hungry adults with great recipe for mutton satay on the BBQ. Very happy and will be ordering again!
