Excellent product - great for authentic Carbonara. Arrives shipped in a polystyrene box and was still cold even on a hot day.
We had this mutton for Sunday lunch. We toasted on low in the oven all night around 12hrs! It was juicy, succulent, fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. Will definitely order again and again. Made amazing gravy too!

I cooked it in the oven 200 for the first 40 min uncovered, then 160 for the remaining 6 hours covered. It has been rubbed in sea salt flakes, crushed peppercorns, smoked non-spicy paprika (chorizo type), apple cider vinegar and chopped rosemary.

Thank you, once again for a wonderful turkey. Goodness knows how many we have had over the years and the quality never changes. We would highly recommend it and we do! There are 5 of us here in lockdown and we have eaten turkey in sandwiches every lunch time and in various ways for evening meals, so for £85 I calculate we will have made 50 meals already and there is still enough for tomorrow!
