Succulent tasty and fine dining at its best
If this was priced in relation to our demographics and customer base it would be first choice for our breakfast and brunch items, it is that good !
This was the best lamb I have bought. I cooked it slowly in the oven with anchovies, Rosemary and garlic.
The veal was lovely, cooked in Italian style.
Lovely taste, reminds of of what meat was like when we were kids before tampering started.

Milk is good although I have observed variation in the milk characteristics (some times white, like buffalo milk; nice creamy cow milk most of the time). I can't imagine the reason for this variation
