Every year we order your diced goat for a traditional Caribbean curry on Christmas Eve. There is so little wastage and such excellent flavour.

We bought this specifically to make a lamb ragu for a lasagne recipe we wanted to try out. I can report the lasagne was a resounding success. The lamb, diced, seasoned and floured then browned, was meltingly soft after 2-3 hours low and slow in the oven along with diced fennel, celery, carrot, chopped tomato, tomato puree, red wine and lamb stock. Magnificent!
It looks fabulous, and if it tastes as good as last year's it will make a sensational Veal Cacciatore and will be the centrepiece of our Christmas Day lunch. For now, it has gone into a holding pattern. Hats off to Kimbers for great products and great service.

Had two smoked hocks to try making terrines for Christmas an i can honestly say im not disappointed and will definitely be re ordering in the new year an will also like to try the unsmoked for a different project..they are packed shipped first class ...quality of meat is superior was very impressed and would highly recommend...dont really know what eles too apart from thank you all for a top class product and service I will definitely be trying sum other products in the future..and if your thinking of purchasing from kimbers then definitely give then a try you won't be disappointed...an all have a merry Christmas at kimbers thank you x
