I used it cure and smoke for bacon. Unfortunately it didn’t stay together after smoking, the lean separated from the fat, is made it difficult to slice.

Not much to say other than truly excellent meat. Great flavour on all products. Will definitely order again!
Website good with competitive prices. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the courier delivered the package to the wrong address twice. Fortunately, a neighbour spotted something under some of her garden furniture and brought it to us.
