I love collar bacon but its very hard to get now so I was pleased when I found Kimbers do it. This is not a complaint btw so dont take offence but as its quite dear for a 250g pack ( I bought 5 packs) plus postage it would be nice if they did a larger pack 1kg for example to keep packaging costs down...I would certainly be buying this bacon more if they did. Made a lovely pheasant casserole. Delivered frozen - once defrosted the meat was very tender and nice and fresh (not too gamey!). Definitely buy again
Delivered frozen. Have not eaten it yet but the meat looks a lovely colour and a nice mix of different game.
Arrived on time with frozen items still frozen and fresh items nice and chilled. First order and very pleased with the meat we have eaten so far (venison fillet and pheasant breasts). All the other meat looks lovely.
First time I have purchased this from Kimbers and very pleased. Wonderfully tender (melt in the mouth) and made our venison Wellington a real treat. I did not realise it would be delivered frozen but that was fine. Generous in size at just over 600g. Highly recommend

Delicious, just like the pork we used to have from our own Gloucester Old Spots years ago. Really tender and great flavour, just the right amount of fat and skin made excellent crackling. Will be buying this again 100% recommend
