We cooked the diced goat in a slow cook and it made a fabulous stew. We also used it in a casserole and a curry. They all were melt in the mouth.
We had the veal escalope last week and it was so tender it melted in your mouth.
We had the goat leg joint roast. It was very succulent. We made a curry with the leftovers and that was lovely too.

This was my first order with Kimbers Farm and we were really pleased with it. It arrived on time and we were told when it would be coming. Very Good packaging and now we have tried everything - the milk and the meat were superb. We will certainly be buying again as soon as milk & meat become available (I tried in December, but all sold out - unsurprisingly. Well done - and thanks for a very good service at a very reasonable price.
