Good pieces and tasty. Only concern was that the animals they came from seemed to be of very different ages. One piece was very pink, like the milk veal you find in Italy and France, two "standard" rose veal, one seemed almost beef.
Not the cheapest fillet around but great quality, really melt in the mouth.

I did make a mistake when ordering as I really wanted the beef joint but forgot to put this in the instructions box. Loved the meat.
High quality, meaty and firm sausages. Very light seasoning means the flavour is all the quality meat.

Great service
Very pleased with the product / delivery and kimber’s farm shop , Haven’t had milk like this one since I was a child in the 70s , And it’s the only milk that I was able to make (leban) with , Arabic word for kifer , I will definitely be placing more order of this kind , And I’ll be recommending kimbers to all my friends and family.
