Really good with chicken in a pie, more like gammon pieces than lardons a bit unevenly cut. Nevertheless very good.
I love calves liver. My only comment is that it could be cut a little thicker so that is can be served medium.

My favourite cut, slow cooked amazing taste and so tender.
Great taste and texture, great crackling too. Much prefer this cut and shoulder cut to hand of pork.

The website was easy to use, delivery was on time and extremely well packed. Delivery price is very fair. Will be buying some mutton and goat in the next week or so. If it is as good as the veal I will definitely be a regular customer.
I am unable to find rose veal locally and wanted some for New Year's Eve. It was beautiful, not too much bone, good thick cut and very tasty. Will definitely be buying more!
