My Bronze turkey was so delicious. Slathered skin with butter; onion, fresh sage and a lemon inside bird. Covered loosely with foil, 1st hour cooked breast uppermost, turned over for 3 hrs and final hour removed foil to crisp skin. Rested for 40mins. The flavour was fantastic, and the meat was beautifully moist. A definite must for the main event. A real quality product reflecting all the hard work that goes into producing such a bird.
My turkey flew in exactly as promised, mid morning on Dec 23rd, which was perfect. Beautifully packed and just looked so good. Lovely and dry skinned and the sprig of rosemary was a very nice touch.
The hamper was an ideal present and plastic free. Thank you so much!
