Sent this as a gift. It must have been good as they immediately ordered another one to be sent to a family member. It certainly looked good from their pictures!
Easy order system. Arrived to recipient on date agreed. One small criticism is that by looking at the picture, I assumed eggs were in there too....If I'd have read the description properly, I would have seen that they were replaced by apple juice.
Meat arrived as promised well packed and in good shape.
Had a delicious slow roast with mustard and honey glaze with these. The bones were stripped bare - and made some decent stock for soup with them....
We had a wonderful Osso Buco with this meat, unfortunately there were no leftovers... will cook double next time!
a great easy dinner day I heated them in Maggie tomato ragu and made brown rice and green veg. Next time I'll share just one as they are huge for a pensioner.
Made a beetroot and beef shin recipe with Pomegranate molasses and cooked for 3 hours. So so tender and tasty.

The meats I ordered came on time and packaged well with ice to ensure freshness. The meats themselves were delicious! You can definitely tell a difference in flavour and quality between kimbers farm meats and the cheap supermarket stuff! The grass fed Angus beef was so meaty and delicious! The cheese I ordered was a gift (for Christmas but I was late ordering so couldn’t get a delivery date until 13 January). It arrived on time. One wheel was ripe and ready to eat and one was less ripe which meant it had a longer life. Perfect.
