We love the diced Goat in currys and stews. Needs to cook slowly in the stew though. Both meals the meat is succulent .
We love Lancashire Hotpot and I tried every supermarket and butchers in our area to get kidneys but could get any. This is the only place I could find that sell them. They are delious. I love them also with Pork Chops.
