Excellent flavour and would definitely buy again although the two large pieces had a lot of fat on them, I had to trim some before slow cooking.

Goose arrived on time, even in midst of Covid. Goose itself was very tasty and the confit legs we had for New Years Eve were a bonus treat.
Cooked Osso Buco for four family members on New Year`s Eve. It was great, lovely and moist, bags of flavour, no leftovers. Only comment is that not all the shanks were whole but in two pieces, that however made no difference to the lovely meal.
