I fired this with a little raw butter after a light dusting in gluten free flower, it was so tasty I ended up eating it on its own!
It’s firm but has a slightly crumbly texture, a milk sweetness and a nutty flavour. It puts me in mind a little of the Beaufort Mons cheese, made from raw milk from herds grazed high in the Alps! Just a small chunk first thing in the morning, 20 mins before anything else will help to detoxify your system by binding with toxins dumped there overnight as you slept.
You are what you eat (and what you digest), this product helps you tackle both aspects ;) Why drink a pasteurised white liquid devoid of almost no nutrients? When you can have something as nature intended that’s packed with goodness?

You'll never go back to shop bought milk once you've had raw. Absolutely delicious and much healthier as it hasn't had all the goodness removed through pasteurisation.

We ordered escalopes from Kimbers Farm knowing that the meat would be home produced to the highest care and nutritional standards. We were right to do so as the meat was excellent, we coated the escalopes in fine, home made lemon breadcrumbs and served them for a birthday lunch to the family accompanied by spaghetti in home made tomato sauce and a large bowl of mixed leaf salad. We all enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Kimbers Farm!
