Cooked this for my parents as a post-lockdown treat. They both said it was the best beef they have ever had! I cooked it medium-rare and it was so succulent, the meat just melted in the mouth and the flavour was brilliant. I will buy this again.
- if I could change one thing it would be the ubiquitous polystyrene box. I hate them and hate having to dispose of them in the 'black bag' rubbish because they can't be recycled. Also they fragment terribly and the bits go everywhere. I would be very happy with cardboard and recyclable wool insulation - just like my dogs' frozen raw food comes packaged, with no ill effects on the quality of the food

I have cooked these as fried Liver and onions with bacon - absolutely delicious but my favourite is as Liver sandwiches! Thinly sliced, lightly fried - absolutely scrumptious.
Absolutely recommend these to at least give them a try. Moist, tender and very tasty. I did them in the same way I do beef steaks. We weren't disappointed I'll tell you.

After a bit of research on the goodness of unpasteurised milk, made my order through Kimbers Farm shop. Very tasty milk, no need to add sugar or any flavour to please the kids. This Old Spot was just gorgeous. Traditional pork with the correct amount of fat. Perfect roast. My grandson said it was the best pork ever. Service & delivery were spot on. In the words of Arnie, “I’ll be back!”
I called to ask about next-day delivery, and the lady I spoke to was absolutely delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. The website was intuitive to navigate, the ordering process was incredibly simple and I was subsequently kept up to date with the status of my order. I loved that I could have had the option of selecting a different day, but as it was my products arrived by 10.30 the next morning with a very cheerful delivery driver, and the quality of said products is exactly as you would expect after such an excellent service. This review sounds like exaggeration, but honestly, I couldn't be more pleased to have found this wonderful company.
EXCELLENT. IT'S A PITY THEY ARE SEASONAL.
We haven't had a cockerel for a very long time and this one was worth waiting for. Succulent and flavoursome meat and the bones made excellent stock. Worth the cost.

A short dated product but it has an excellent texture and flavour. The truffles really come through.
