Was a struggle to find raw milk online tbh but glad I found Kimbers. Had great reviews and they were definitely accurate. Great produce :) Delivery is overnight which is great, was a little concerned as the milk needs to remain chilled but arrived perfect!
Started off with just a few litres and it was delicious. Ordered more. Also freezes well so ordered more.

I buy raw milk because of the health benefits and this one is my favourite compared to other online farm shops. It would be great if the shipping cost was lower or if there was a membership option for dedicated and returning customers.
Required it to make Wiener schnitzel it was perfect..
The venison steak was excellent. Not a criticism but was thicker than I would have preferred. Easily remedied with a sharp knife.
It’s only when you have cooked poor quality bacon as a frame of reference from some poor animal injected with all sorts & retaining water etc, that you see the difference in the pan when cooking real bacon like this, from an animal that has been well cared for, and it all translates into taste!

Made two joints from this haunch. Beautiful piece of venison. We both enjoyed the flavour and look forward to the next joint. Simply cooked in red wine, olive oil, rosemary and redcurrant jelly.
Haven't had the joint yet but it looks delicious. As usual packaging and delivery first class.
