Gammon was very good, cooked on Big Green Egg BBQ with excellent result. Will certainly order again as excellent value for money and a good flavour Had to enquire if Gammon should be soaked before cooking - might be advisable to mention this

pork with real flavour, unlike any supermarket products. well packaged and easy to work with, as i am a disabled customer. i cook on low in a roast-pot in the oven, or slowcooker, or fry it up.
the best milk, packaged well. it didn't freeze well on some occasions, but kept in the coldest part of the fridge for weeks perfectly fine
