First time I tried raw cheddar, very satisfied. Pair it with some good white wine and/or some honey for an exquisite snack, it's impressive.
For us as a couple, that's 4 supreme meals ready to be enjoyed. Everything tasted delicious.
I found this one sweeter on the palate than most raw milk from other suppliers. Excellent value for money too.

I'd say the breed of pig is best for making your own bacon because of the fat content. I'm sure it would be good roasted as a joint as well though. I ordered this and back and shoulder in the past for making bacon and sausages and will be ordering again
