The unpasteurised milk is amazing
Ariived perfectly on time and was superbly packed.
Full flavoured, gentle marbling but came out perfectly cooked just a touch under medium.
As said, flavour was a bit too intense this time around, and they seemed a bit old on arrival.
Second time ordering ossobuco from Kimbers Farm, meat great as usual, but pieces cut too thick. Ossobuco is normally around 3 cm, 4 max. These pieces were about two inches, one definitely even more. Last time actually had to slice one in half as it was easily 3in.
All went very smoothly and the turkey looks delicious!
