If you want to enjoy old fashioned bacon at its best then don't slice it too thin. It needs to be twice as thick or at least have the option for thin/thick slices
Very tasty but the seasoning most certainly can be improved
Can't get better than this
Absolutely delicious Thank you
This was a nice piece of good quality beef.
My order arrived in the morning of the day specified, packed well, Had no need to contact customer service, so cannot say anything about that, but then that is a good thing that I had no need to.
Made some beautifully jellied stock from some, which is just what I wanted. The rest in freezer waiting for next lot. Very healthy and versatile. I was really looking for cow knee bone but this was a good substitute.
This was a nice piece of hock but had a bit more fat on it than I had anticipated. However as I wanted it to make ham and pea soup it served it's purpose and there was enough lean ham from it to make two good portions as a main meal.
I have never been able to find Italian sausages online in the supermarkets so was pleased to find them here. I was able to make an authentic Italian meal with them. They were lovely.
I make copious amounts of healthy tasty nutritional Bone Broth with your organic meats
