Small piece sent and no questions about sending correct sized piece.
Lovely piece of meat. As it's long and thin, don't over cook it. 20 minutes at 220c, 40 minutes at 170c and resting for I hour did it lovely and pink.
We have been very pleased with the orders we have had so far, the duck we had for xmas was excellent, the joints are well butchered and not hacked like some supermarket joints, well pleased will be back for more!
Very tasty in a casserole very good beef.
Best pork joint we've had in along time, better taste than the supermarkets lovely crackling!
Incredible quality - perfect crackling and moist flesh. Delicious
Cooked it with loads of vegetables and it was delicious
Very tasty shared it with my dog who is also very impressed with the flavour
The best size I have bought. Most quarters are so small not worth buying but Kimbers are excellent
Best cut for beef stroganoff. Cut on the bias the strips keep their shape. Yum!
Arrived as promised and made really tasty cracking as well as plenty of lard
Arrived quickly, well-packaged, tastes great and it lasted many days beyond its use-by date, indicating freshness.
I love shopping at Kimbers... it's very hard to resist all the lovely products, which are well-packed and delivered on time. I also think the prices are very reasonable when compared to other farm shops, and the website is easy to navigate with lots of helpful information about the products. You know exactly what you're buying. I always look forward to doing my Kimbers order!
Fantastic flavour and it even has the rind on and cooks to a lovely crispy finish with lots of nice fat released to cook your eggs in!
This is the first time I've eaten heart, and I was somewhat nervous. Following internet instructions I marinated it overnight in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then (suitably trimmed) cooked it to medium-rare in an iron griddle pan just like steak, then sliced it thinly. It was absolutely delicious, will definitely buy again!
I'm trying to like offal having been a lifelong liver loather (tho I like pâté). This liver is beautiful! I was so surprised - I actually really liked it. It's cut very thinly and has so much flavour and a pleasant texture. Well done, I'm a convert!
