These faggots are delicious. I make a very simple ‘faggot’ stew, with Potatoes, onion, chicken stock and seasoning. Comforting and warming anytime if the year.

Proper bacon, as I remember it. Virtually no water or that horrible white stuff that exudes from cheap bacon. Nice and thick for a breakfast or part of a mixed grill, but a thinner slice would be preferable for a bacon sarnie, IMO.
I remember as a child in the early 1950's having veal, and apart from schnitzel this is the first time I've eaten it since. It has a distinctive flavour by itself, so the second one I followed a recipe including caramelised onions, and this was more enjoyable.
The website was easy to navigate and order from. The package arrived on my selected date and was not excessive considering the size of the order.
As presented this steak was easily 2" thick with a small surface area, so I cut it into two. It was stronger in flavour than I would have liked, or liked (is this down to dry aging, I wonder) and was quite dry, so for me the jury is out on this one.
The steak itself was nice and thick, just how I like it, not oversized and thin, like many. However, I found it much too salty. Individually vacuum packed a plus point, but on the basis of this tasting I won't be buying again and feel it difficult to recommend to a friend, sadly.

I don't usually use so much kidney but I'm glad I took the plunge and used it all in my latest pudding. Was not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. Lovely pud. Would definately buy again.
We particularly love the sausages so much that we buy no other! Thank goodness for online shopping or else we wouldn't have discovered them! Excellent delivery timescale too.
