My first purchase from this Farm. It was simply divine. Beautiful flavour and unbelievably lean. I shall definitely buy this veal rib again.
I won't buy liver from a supermarket because you tend to get scraps. Your liver was lovely and lovely slices.
The pudding was the best bought pudding I've had (I usually make my own). The ratio of brandy to sugar and butter wasn't quite right: the brandy butter was too buttery and not boozy enough! The Port was not that described, but enjoyable. Other items all very enjoyable.
Once again this Meat Box was a great success, beautifully prepared, fresh and tasty.
This was our Christmas Dinner as we don't like turkey: lovely bird. Afterwards, made masses of chicken stew, froze it, and eating it still, very tasty.
Only had one piece so far, it was good overall but there was a rather strange "burnt-plastic" taint. Could this be bag-sealing?
