Web site easy to navigate and order process fine. Communications great, and package arrived on the day expected. Contents in perfect condition, the only concern was the packaging, which did the job very well but lots of polystyrene used to achieve this. The meat we have cooked so far has been superb, and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Meat was delivered on time and was beautiful was delicious for our Easter Sunday roast. Used the leftovers for a Lamb curry which was also beautifully tender.

I bought this for Easter Sunday, and was a little worried about cooking time; so I did it slow (in foil) for a long time (2.5 hours). I needn't have worried because it was a joy to eat. I don't usually like the fat, but this had such soft and melting fatty areas, I ate more than was probably good for me. Even the grandchildren loved the meat - usually they are rather picky. I will certainly get another when I have the next big family meal.
Just great. My wife and I adopted the Carnivore diet for various reasons, about 18 months ago; we eat and cook with only animal produce, with very few carbs. Weight dropped of us both and general health improved. When I say "I'm going shopping", it means, "I'm off to Kimbers!"
