These burgers did taste home made. They are a sensible size so you can eat them in the bun if you so wish. The service was exactly as promised.

I am always pleased with the excellent meat I buy from Kimbers.
I bought 2 of the ham hocks and just simply boiled them for 2 1/2 hours....at which point the meat just fell off the bones. " hocks fed 4 adults and 2 kids with a little to spare. The table was silent except for eating noises as everyone tucked in appreciatively. I got great compliments for very little effort!!! Also made soup from the cooking stock....win - win.
