Bit pricey, but so hard to get and a real treat of you like the best kidneys available, plus can either use the suet to enhance the kidneys, or make good pastry/dumplings. With extra's one would just do two people

After a 24 hour wet marinate, a minute sear in the vortex flames either side and 10 minutes off the flame each side to create a perfect 53 before resting. The final result was an excellent medium rare piece of meat

Excellent quality simmered for 1.5hrs then into oven with barbecue sauce, meat fell off the bone and was so tender.

I ordered the rib on Thursday for a special meal at the weekend and it arrived the next day. Well packaged and chilled. I cooked it using a meater probe at about 250oC for 15 minutes and then it took around an hour at 180oC plus resting for medium rare. Everyone agreed this was the best tasting beef we’d ever had and this was a group that enjoy meat so was high praise indeed. Could not recommend more highly and will definitely be purchasing again.

What a treat. Blanched, coated in a few breadcrumbs and fried. Parsley and lemon, salt and pepper. Delicious, and so easy. Definitely ordering again.
Fabulous flavour. Everything was packaged well and delivered on time! The butcher even called us to check our requirements which we felt was great service & rare with online shopping.
