Good service and quality
For the second year now we have experimented in science and dissected these pig hearts. They have been delivered at the perfect time and in perfect condiditon. I would highly recommend these to any school teacher who wishes to do this experiement.

Arrived as promised by courier service. Supremely well packaged, still very cold on receipt. Allowed to come to room temperature for roasting the next day. An excellent purchase and will buy again in future.
Order arrived on said day well packaged was kept updated by using track my parcel.
My first order this carcass was perfect for my homemade duck sauce full size duck with some meat left on the bone I used half of the carcass and froze the other half.
Good fillet cooked well no gristle small amount of fat enhanced flavour will buy larger portion next time to see if quality as good.
As a solo buyer the short dates on non freezable items was a problem. 2 of the cheeses had mould before their use buy date. The milk was short dated also but not a problem as it was for making yoghurt so I simply speeded up the process. For me it was a shame as although I will buy again it will limit the items I choose from
Delighted with this cheese. Never had it before but it is definitely now a favourite of mine. I find all the cheeses delivered had short dates. Unfortunate for me as there is only me and the cheese items don’t freeze well
