When I looked at the marbling of the steak it reminded me of wagu beef, I knew I was in for a treat and i wasn’t wrong . Rubbed them with a bit of mustard and sprinkled with a little spice and they were absolutely amazing

I have not cooked with beef shin for many years as it is hard to get. After cooking it in slow cooker with vegetables it was very tasty and tender
I slow cooked casserole this meat for 6 hours in a slow cooker and it turned out to be lovely and tender
