I ordered this for making a slow cooker version of Tomato Bredi. I had to reduce the size of some of the cubes. I would like to add that mutton tastes so much better than lamb in my opinion.

Lovely mince and great value when purchased as a box rather than individually. Found a new recipe for the turkey mince this time and all the mince is so versatile, full of flavour and easy to use.
As always, this prime fillet steak is unbeatable. Cooked ours rare with a creamy peppercorn sauce and it just melts in the mouth! Cannot be beaten.
Order packaged well and arrived on time. Just one small point - special instructions - asked for my calves liver to be packed as 2 portions rather than 3 but this was missed and it came as 3.
