The taste was just like black pudding that I ate when I was young - absolutely delicious. The slices should be cut a little thicker as they easily broke up into pieces.

cooked my joint in the Ninja slow cooker for 6 hours then rouded off with a coating of honey and german mustard and in oven for 20 mins. So tender it fell to pieces when I tried to carve. Even in pieces it was absolutely delicious.Will buy again next years.

Our first ever online purchase of meat like this so we were a little aprehensive. What we received was a superb rib of beef on the bone. Very tasty. Just the right amount of fat, Well trimmed, Well packaged and delivered. Delivery was exceptioional as I found mysef unexpectedly in hospital on the day of delivery and Kimbers Farm and the courier worked seamlessly to make it work for us, Many thanks to all involved.
