Born and bred in Lancashire, and now living in rural Oxfordshire, I have often regaled my southern friends about the delights of lip-smacking "steak and cow heel", a traditional northern favourite from my youth. Virtually impossible to buy ready prepared cow heel down here down here, I thought your veal foot might be a likely substitute. I promised my friends a treat in store for them. When the feet arrived, I took one and boiled it for a couple of hours and was rewarded by it being reduced to an unctuous jelly. Then preparing the steak I had also ordered from you into a rich stew, I ladled in the deliciously gloopy product of the veal and knew I was on a winner. The 'oohs' and 'ahs' from my guests was most rewarding, and I have a queue of would-be diners clamouring for me to dish up another one for them in the near future.

I used this product in my Steak and Cow Heel dish I created with the veal foot

Good quality meat, well packed and kept well up to date with delivery info.

Not eaten much yet as finishing off a simila purchase from different seller. However I am extremely pleased with the look and obvious quality of this half lamb. My b utcheing request were fully met..

I have purchased a topside joint before and it was really good. These new two look just as good.

This shin of beef was cooked in a slow cooker for several hours and gave us a lovely tender and tasteful meal.
