My only observation, is that although efficient, the delivery costs are high compared with the cost of the meat itself. I understand why, but it is a consideration in future.

Decent-sized chops with really lovely flavour - strong but not too strong.
A good-sized piece like this kept two people fed for four meals. It needs long cooking, minimum four hours covered at 140C with stock and a glass of wine in the pan but great tasting. I would prefer a bit more fat but that is a minor quibble.
Excellent chicken - and excellent service. I ordered a 2.5 kilo bird and I received a 2.2 kilo one with a 300g chicken breast added to make up the weight.
Done low and slow on the WSM smoked over blackthorn this was melt in the mouth. It literally fell off the fork after an 8 hour cook.
Good quality. A treat for our 12yo grandson who was very pleased. As good as the fillet steak we cooked him the previous week, he reckoned.

A treat for an aged relative who grew up as a butcher's son. Seemed very pleased with them.
Getting a spatchcocked chicken has meant that we can have free range chicken pieces for the freezer by butchering it ourselves. Since it seems to be very difficult to get FR chicken pieces - as opposed to a whole FR chicken which is less of a problem. Kimber's chicken is wonderful; had it before and will have it again. It actually has some taste!
I'm sorry that I can only rate these as "OK" - they were (obviously) very small, but lacking a bit in taste too, I'm afraid.
Could be cut a little thinner, but otherwise, fantastic
This is a fantastic cut. We cooked it primarily in the lower oven of our ancient (1950's) AgA, with a little boost in the top oven and it has been absolutely delish! Texture is perfect for "pulled pork". It's moist, tasty... what more could you want?
