Lovely! Cooked up a treat in the old Rayburn, didn't add anything, it cooked in all it's own juices, which then made fab tasty gravy. Worth every penny!
I knew know it comes down to personal choice, but I think these are the best. Coeliac safe, which gives more trust that they aren't contaminatinated. Will keep buying these.

Had no problem with Kimbers Farm Shop who shipped the gammon out on the date requested the problem was with the dispatcher APC. The gammon arrived the following day it was dispatched but because we were out APC left it in a garden BBQ storage box that had a large brick on the lid. It was not located for a week because APC did not leave a note or any other communication of the delivery. Fortunately the weather was cold so the gammon survived appears to have survived. 5 stars to Kimbers farm shop who before it was found offered a free replacement.
