I added these sausages as a special treat for my grandad and he cooked them up immediately. They were very tasty!
I like hot chilli spice. These sausages cooked quickly evenly and well (colouring but not collapsing, burning or spitting) however I would have liked a bit more spice. They are for beginners, subtle spice flavour! One pack makes two meals. Very tasty.
Had delivered this Beef Liver and Back Bacon. Added Bisto sauce, 2 red onions, mash and spinach. Took me 90 mins to prepare the meal (including using kitchen scissors to cut away any liver membrane and snip out any noticeable tubes as per the good housekeeping video on how to cook calfs liver). Remaining liver bits were butter fried and delicious which filled me with energy while replenishing my iron. Made two very generous portion size meals with one liver pack and two bacon packs. Good quality liver.
FRom past experience all pies are the best that I know of. Can't comment on tjisbatch as all bar the steak and ale variety were for a neighbour. Beef and Ale were mine and to the usual standard.

On recommendation this Beef Liver was added to my dog's home cooked food, he loves it!!
Still in the stockpot, brought to the boil each day, I've yet to enjoy the rich broth.
I ate this over three or four days, marinated after day 1 lest it get too 'gamey', fried each day in some fat, with a lid put over as it began to cool. Next time, I'll may be make a couple of pasties, with the meat cut into chunks and a bit of clotted cream atop the filling, to run through as gravy.,
Lightly spiced (Mace?) and tender as could be, this puts other such to shame.
