Haven’t cooked the joint of beef yet - saving it for a family gathering. Looks a lovely piece of beef so I’m sure it will cook well. The last joint we had from Kimbers was excellent. Delivery good- ice packs still frozen on arrival and meat nice and cold.

I have honey on toast and in a cuppa tea and this is perfect.
Rich and tangy which is how I like it.I added some to my porridge and also great on toast.
A nice spoonful on my porridge and also on jam tarts.
