I ordered 5kg of Aberdeen Angus Beef Chuck Roast and it is AMAZING,I've already seared a kg and it's gone into a Beef Stew but I'm waiting now for 6 hours watching & salivating for a bowl 🥣

Very nice quality stewing steak, which I used for Steak and Kidney pudding. Was v much enjoyed by all. Placed the order to arrive a day before I planned to cook it and as usual, all went smoothly.
Though very flavoursome, I found this a bit dry, but it may have been down to the cooking method. I used the grill, will oven bake or even fry it when I order again
Used this to make Rick Stein's Venison Wellington and will re-order when I cook it again. Can recommend the recipe and the beautiful venison in equal measures. Everyone loved it!

Great value and lovely texture. I simmered the hock for 60mins in plain water. Slow-roasted for 6 hours at 100C then applied a honey-mustard glaze and gave it a short blast at 200C. Not at all salty and lovely to eat hot or slice for sandwiches.
This is simply lovely bacon. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't find it at all salty (recipe change maybe?). Proper dry-cured. Makes a lovely bacon butty.
I was a bit surprised that the chilli in the burger is a paste spread on the top rather then mixed in. This has a tendancy to come off during cooking. Still very tasty and will buy again.
Nice to be able to buy an untrimmed rack (we like nibbling the bones!). Slightler firmer texture than some racks out there but far from being chewy. Lovely flavour.
