We just had our lunch with this gorgeous chicken. So pleased to have the giblets. Unheard of in a supermarket chicken. Delicious gravy, enough made to freeze and save with our Turkey boned and rolled from yourselves for our Christmas lunch.

Even though I couldn't get the weight I asked for the size was more than enough for the family, and was given some Bacon to make up for the weight. Which we used for leftover Turkey sandwiches. Will order from again. The quality was wonderful.

I buy these for very slow sous-vide cooking over 48 hours. Then carefully fillet and freeze the meat for subsequent use in casseroles and frittatas

Unfortunately not as good as the last ones i purchased as these were thin and difficult to cook medium rare and ended up well done .The previous Steaks were thicker and had a healthy bit of fat on them and were thicker and cooked brilliantly !

Such a difference between these vegetables and what you get from supermarkets! Huge sizes and perfect flavours, and the meat is lean and tender. Excellent.
