We love these marinaded with a little soy sauce, maple syrup and crushed garlic and then open roasted with a tray of roasted vegetables and rice. Finger licking food!
Roasted perfectly with parsley, thyme and lemon stuffing yesterday, cold with salad and chips today, sandwiches at teatime and still half the breast left for tomorrow’s lunch and probably there will be enough left over for sandwiches for tea. We also appreciate the giblets for tasty gravy stock.

If something no available, you’re contacted to discuss. Lamb heart not available, I was offered veal heart. Can’t argue with that.
Smaller rashers than expected, flavour ok. But not better than I can buy in local shop.

Rather disappointing, quite thin with big bone left in. Quite tough when grilled.
Slow cooked it’s very tender. Next best to ox tail.
So tender slow cooked. Will try other methods next time.

The grass fed marrowbones are then perfect for the soup I make her weekly . Packaging was very good, fast delivery and they are chopped into perfect sizes for my stock pot so I will certainly be making further orders. Thank you !

I was very pleased to get it , as I can't eat dairy , but can eat goat butter without any nasty effects, I know it was late coming , but that wasn't your fault , thank you for it
