Bought this for a 40th birthday BBQ dinner for my husband as he'd been going on about trying one on his ninja grill. It arrived well packaged and chilled on the requested date. I was told of the time slot the night before which was appreciated. The steak was huge and a perfect centerpiece. Thankfully we cooked it well (rare) and the taste was exceptional. Would definitely recommend

Very closely trimmed. I would have preferred more fat left on, but I appreciate that some customers don't like paying for fat they don't want.

Quite salty and not very soft. A full flavour, but if you're looking for classic Italian coppacallo (gabagool) this isn't it.
