I've heard of the many health benefits of drinking unpasteurised milk but have been a little afraid to try it! I started small and have ordered 3L now. I love the delicate taste of it. I expected it to be really heavy or buttery but it's a very smooth, light, refreshing taste. Really lovely and good for you.

Growing up drinking raw milk I grew to love milk, even just as a drink. Having drunk shop bought milj for years it is great discovering the very competitively priced raw milk from Kimber's. Will definitely be repeating my order!
Having tried to purchase raw milk for a competitor and essentially losing both the money, the milk and some of my nervecells, it was great to receive the order the day after having made it.
Pre ordered for christmas with a delivery date of the 23rd. First time i've done this so was a little nervous. No need to be. Packaged safely in a cooled polybox and delivered on the 23rd. Quality of the produce was evident as soon as I opened the box. I'll definitely use Kimbers again in future.
Cooked this a couple of days before the big day so had scratchings for nibbles etc. Didn't last long.
Slow cooked this and the flavour was just fantastic. Skin crackled nicely and again was enjoyed by everyone.
