I love this milk. I have been drinking milk from the supermarket since I was a boy and when I looked up what actually happens to milk before they put it in the store I didn’t understand. Why change what’s good in Raw Milk? I decided to try it and refuse to drink milk from any supermarket or store. Raw Milk now and forever for me.
Packed full of tender well seasoned meat but wasn't too keen on flavour of the pastry base,however the flakey pastry top was lovely.
4 favourite cuts of beef, and although great value and as much as we love fat and we love picking bones,the ribs had far more fat then in the picture and far too much fat,I would rather pay a bit more for more meat on my ribs. Still top quality meat and full of flavour
Slow cooked with root vegetables 2-3hours, then left over night,next day skimmed off fat and further cooked for another couple of hours just before it fell off the bone,we love getting stuck in and picking it up and eating it from the bone..heaven😋
Collar was always my favourite but it's hard to find in the shops these days,great to find online,taste brings back memories of good old traditional food the way it used to be which is almost impossible to find these days. If only it had a bit more fat (my personal preference) Still delicious.👍
At last real bacon like it used to be when food was natural and full of flavour. No water and just enough salt to bring out the flavour. Will definitely buy again 👍

We are very pleased with the quality of the meat and the weights were generous. Only 4 stars because the sausage skins are a bit chewy but the meat content of them was very good. The meals I’ve cooked with this meat have been well received with several “delicious” ratings!

Purchased this leg for my biyearly curried mutton batch cook which turned out great. Made four portions with the most amazing flavour, texture and taste. Glad I could count on Kimbers. The package arrived next day via courier and was boxed extremely well with cold packs still frozen and the meat was conditioned well. Felt like it was fresh out of the fridge when unpacking. I have been looking for quality rare breed pork for some time having previously reared my own Gloucester Old Spot pigs. I was amazed at the value for money of the 1/2 pig I ordered from Kimbers Farm Shop. It filled my freezer and the butchery and labelling was top drawer. I have enjoyed the chops and joints and can't wait to try all the cuts in due course. A fantastic product which is amazing value and quality. Such a good piece of beef for Sunday roast. So tasty and tender. I cannot recommend highly enough
Delivered in great condition and safe temperature. I prepped them then tossed them in seasoned flour and served with a pea purée and cauliflower velouté. Delicious!
with a tenderiser mallet until flat and wafer thin. mix with a little cornflour, oyster sauce then flash fry over very high heat. Add to a proper stir fry veg or make a sauce with onions garlic, ginger and more oyster sauce. yummy
