I ordered a variety of meats to make a Cocido Maragato for 6. All the meats were superb, and the guests ate heartily, commenting that they were transported to Spain at a time when they couldn't travel. I depended on another provider of the Spanish ingredients, but without Kimbers' meat it wouldn't have been possible.

All arrived on time and we got what we ordered. Website is easy to use and well laid out. Customer service is very good.
It came well packaged and on time. The colour of the meat and fat showed that this would be a tasty joint and we were not disappointed. Cooked on high 250 for 30 minutes then on 200 for 2 hours. Then sliced meat and braised in meat juices For 30minutes. Superb flavour, nicely rendered fat and juices made a wonderful gravy. The dripping was also good on toast the next day.
Best beef kidney we have had, as the taste is rich but does not overwhelm the shin, when making steak and kidney pies.

Knew this would be tasty the moment it arrived! Rub in some olive oil in the scored crackling, cook on high for 30 minutes then slow until it just looks right. Lovely sweet and creamy tasting pork.
I love the good quality products and quick dispatch and would give 5 stars if there was a delivery by mid-day service option available especially in the summer months. I would be happy to pay the extra costs incurred for this service.
