Tastiest pork chops I've ever eaten. Nice clean tasting fat with a good solid texture. Just sprinkled with seaweed salt and put to roast in the oven. Turned over 1/2 way through. Delicious with some organic spinach cooked with butter in a covered pot alongside the chop.
It just has a completeness to it. When I ran out and had to buy supermarket organic homogenised I couldn't believe the lack of flavour I thought of as milk for all my adult life. Thoroughly recommend it.

First order from Kimbers, will not be my last. Delivered on time, meat kept fresh in transit and well packaged. My husband said it was the best pea and ham soup I have made (after 40 years!). I underestimated the size of the hock, and now have to buy a larger stock pot so I can order another hock. Will also try other cuts of meat from Kimbers.
Tried Renegade Monk cheese at the Melton Mowbray cheese festival and absolutely loved it. Was better than Epoisse and British to boot. Highly recommend,keep up the good work. All the best.

I bought the 4 - 6 person breakfast box for my son to use with his girlfriend for her "significant" birthday. It was well packed and contained all the correct ingredients for the appropriate number except for the mushrooms. He felt you would have struggled to feed four, let alone six. However, everything else was completely as advertised and provided the experienced he had hoped for! Thank you from a happy son!
I find this to be far superior to the pasteurised varieties being so much more acceptable to the digestive system.I felt the difference straight away
