One of my favourite treats and it was absolutely delicious.
and different. I slow roasted the joint with a Middle Eastern inspired marinade and everyone really enjoyed it. I will definitely re-order.
Cooked this for my parents as a post-lockdown treat. They both said it was the best beef they have ever had! I cooked it medium-rare and it was so succulent, the meat just melted in the mouth and the flavour was brilliant. I will buy this again.
