Easy to use website. Ordered what I wanted. Came in 4 or 5 days which seems reasonable. The meat is top quality. I was making bacon and would have preferred the belly in one piece and not scored. That isn't a complaint, just advice to make clear exactly what you want because I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Highly recommended. Will be buying again.
Great for stir fry’s but be aware if your cooking for just 2 the pack contains much more then it looks

We bought 3 of these slow roasts. I used one for roast dinner which was cooked very slowly for 3.5 hours and was so tender with very little fat which as we like it, very tasty. The other 2 we minced up in the mashing and cooked cottage pie and spaghetti bolognese. Froze them all. When defrosted they tasted as fresh as the day we cooked them. Fantastic beef.
I don't eat these myself but my partner does and he really enjoys them. We froze them and they were very nice once defrosted. Cooked slowly they come out really tender and juicy.
