We slow roasted the the leg for 4hrs and it was lovely and tender. The just from the joint made excellent stock for our meals though the week so the enjoyment lasted all week.

I’ve been a lover of decent mince since I was a lad, so when I ordered the super low fat content beef mince I didn’t really know what to expect. I cooked a batch of chilli con carne and bolognese sauce and my word, really excellent results. This beef mince is, without a doubt the best I’ve ever bought! After cooking it was still nice and firm and so tasty. Won’t be buying beef mince anywhere else. Keep it up you lot!
These lamb steaks are top notch quality, I cooked using grill and the result was brilliant, very little residue from the steaks, full of flavor and very tender. thanks Kinder, will return soon.
