This was a delicious thing: delicately flavoured, silky-textured. I made a carbonara and an all'Amatriciana, both using guanciale for the first time. Now I want to use it every time.

slow cooked the Gammon then glazed and finished in the oven... if anything I should have got a bigger joint as this disappeared so quickly. Delicious ????

We unrolled the joint and marinated in garlic, rosemary, thyme and lemon for 24hrs before barbecuing the whole thing; serving blushing pink with flatbread and babaganoush. Absolutely incredible and excellent value, we easily catered for 6 adults.

I can’t eat any other liver than calves cos it’s mild & very tender. Cooks in no time in a little butter marriage made in heaven with onion gravy & buttered mash potatoes. Perfect. Highly recommend

Anybody would think I have shares in this company but believe me I don’t. I just have to spread the word, when I come across very good products & this company certainly deliver. This steak is of no exception. For this quality, taste & price, in my opinion, could not be better unless you step up to Wagyu meat. Highly recommended ☯️

Beautiful peice of belly pork .Nice line of creamy fat and lovely crispy crackling when roasted. My favourite cut of meat didn't disappoint.

This piece was trimmed and prepared to perfection, with very small bones, and no nice even layers of fat running through. The meat melted after slow cooking in a smoker for 6 hours, with crackling that puffed up beautifully after 2 minutes under the broiler.

Very nice thick chops, great for getting a nice crusty sear on the outside, that were beautifully tender cooked in a cast iron pan simply with salt, pepper and dried mint.
