There was a problem with my delivery (the delivery agent not kimbers ) I phoned the farm shop as soon as I realised and they rectified the problem straight away without any fuss . Nothing is a problem
We asked for WHOLE hearts and with the excelent communication from Kimber's we got 2. They were massive! We can't say how good they were for eating, but they were used as a demo in a school open evening as a centrepiece. They were slashed open, but you have to drain the blood somehow I suppose. Thanks.

My only observation, is that although efficient, the delivery costs are high compared with the cost of the meat itself. I understand why, but it is a consideration in future.
Always end up ordering more than what I initially intended to but so far it has yet to disappoint me.
