Goose arrived on time, even in midst of Covid. Goose itself was very tasty and the confit legs we had for New Years Eve were a bonus treat.
Cooked Osso Buco for four family members on New Year`s Eve. It was great, lovely and moist, bags of flavour, no leftovers. Only comment is that not all the shanks were whole but in two pieces, that however made no difference to the lovely meal.

Opened the box and was hit by the garlic! Had to have them for evening meal. Just as good as they smelt. They are just as good cold.

We ate this joint of pork, slow cooked with fennel and cider on Christmas day. It was beautifully moist and tender, with very tasty crackling. Highly recommended!

It was beautifully prepared and was excellent in flavourand and tenderness .It maintained the high standard of all Kimber`s produce. I always buy my turkey from Kimbers and like to shop there when possible.
As we were catering for just two of us this was such a lovely tasty lean and succulent turkey and added to an excellent Xmas dinner fit for royalty
There really is no substitute for locally produced fresh lean meat.
I would recommend anybody try this and taste the difference.
